Anyone looking for a buddy? Can I be your buddy? I started Slimming World diet 4 weeks ago and would enjoy chatting and sharing how folk are getting on. I have a LOT of weight to lose, so it's gonna be a long haul!

hello i have done this many times and it works i just need extra suport i have friends that can eat what thay want and i just seem to get in the midel thay go for icecream everday out for lunch take away and thay dont help me at all i need help i realy want this to work this time im in germany for hubby is in the army and where posted here anyone eles out there i need a friend that will support me

Morning everyone and how are we all doing this fine wet raining day lol..

For the 1st time in year's i had Poached Egg on wholemeal toast hehe must say the cupa tea finished it off lovely, i shall now tidy up and run after my 20mth old all day as she has started the terrible two's lol,, then later i must get my mind into using my treadmill stepper and x-bike,,,
