Hi I weighed yesterday and had only lost a pound, not had a great weekend and period due. However back on plan today and feeling positive. Not the best start but hopefully I will get a bigger one next week.

Hi, I am 36 yrs old and really need to lose at least 3 stone. I have been on and off diets since I was 14 years old. I am a classic yo-yo dieter and have been successful on SW before. I just find it really difficult to keep the motivation going when the scales start sticking. I am engaged with two lovely boys and this time I want to do it for them.

Starting again - 13 6.2

Ok here we go again, I fell off the wagon after a couple of weekends away and got completely out of control again, I put on everything I lost and feel really desperate again as I can't fit into anything and feel really heavy.

I have weighed this morning and hope to be able to get back on track, why can't I do it, other people seem to be able to control what they eat?

I am looking foward to feeling in control again and really enjoy it when I am doing well so why don't I stick to it?

Day One back on the Slimming World Plan - 13 stone 5.4

Hello

So here we go again - yet another Day 1 back on plan. This does have to be the time I stick with it even through the hard times. I must get out of this yo-yo cycle. As I start my plan today I need to remind myself of why I this is so important to me.

If you are on Face Book ( Slimming World) we have a group on there...Stacey Swinscoe makes some great meals and she takes pictures of them and puts the recipe on the page too.She is a great help to me and most of us on there . I make a lot of her meals...yummy.

Hi.Good to hear you stuck to it not easy when you are hungry! I have stuck to it pretty good, I made the honey orange chicken with rice and cauliflower. I didn't have the rice...not fussy on it but hubby is. Then we had stewed fruit and yogurt for afters,it was good i will make it again. You say you are working nights are you a nurse? Hi...No sweetheart I am on my own here but with help from this site and face book I think I can figure it out. I do need to get a list of the HE as I know they have amounts you need to stick to. Thank you for your message and help...we can go on together. I had Chemo a few yrs ago and packed weight on, i have tried everything to get it off it is like stuck on. So I am going to try this one...and just stick with it no matter what. I am 15 st.so I too have a long way to go. take care sweetheart .ox
