- Hi, I have had a few weeks where I had the same problem. I am determined to lose at least 10 stones but like you tend to stray sometimes.
I think the awards are a great way of encouraging you to stay on track. i lost another 3 pounds last week and was slimmer of the week which has spurred me on again. I also find that setting myself mini targets has really helped.

- Yes i agree it is easy to stray,but fingers crossed im doing ok.I was weighed today and i have lost an other 1and a half pounds so in total i have lost 9 and a half pounds in 3 weeks.Hope you do well,let me know how you go on.

- Hi Alli How are you? Im doing ok at the moment ,won slimmer of the week last week after losing 8and a half pounds in 2 weeks...im really enjoying doing the extra easy diet.Hope you are doing well too.
