Hi Elaine - well done for the last couple of weeks. I think that is the key if you have a bad day just accept it and get straight back on track. I only lost a pound last week but kept on and weighed this morning - a day early but I felt thinner and I was 13 0.4 which means I have lost 5lb over two weeks which is great for me. Off out for the day today so need to keep motivated but I will be on the look out for the jacket potato stand. Keep up the good work. Speak soon.

Hi I am on a night shift tonight so thought you may be around and about - it's 3:20 AM here. I have kept to the plan during my 2 night shifts although my belly is really rumbling now! I have been picking on grapes for the last 2 nights and that has really helped. How are you getting on today? Did you have anything interesting for tea?

Thanks for your support. I do red sometimes but love Green even though I think I lose it a bit slower. What time is it there? I have just had my tea - Bacon chop, New potatoes and peas it was lovely and I still have syns left for some chocolate later.
