The way it has been for me recently, making it through one day back on track is a big deal. And making it through a day and not feeling terrible is even bigger! Yesterday I did a green day, and I was so thankful to be back on SW, where I can EAT POTATOES!..lol

What I love about SW is that you can always find something to eat. If you need a snack or a bigger portion, you can do that without going off plan.

Hi SW blogsters!

This is mad. I'm blogging once every six months, saying 'YES - I'M COMING BACK - THIS TIME I'LL DO IT!' I am so sick of myself....I'm becoming a little predictable, frankly, and more importantly I don't believe myself any more. Well, I must apologize to my poor blog, I have abandoned and neglected it. But then, I have abandoned and neglected the food plan, my diet, and myself.
