Have been overweight since my second son was born - 24 years ago. Joined every group going but never made a real effort. Totally my own fault! Now, I feel inspired to get slim for our wedding anniversary later this year. I've posted the worst photo of me I could find - just to shame myself into improving!!

Hello everyone. I've just signed up for the Body Optimise part of SW on line and, whilst my intentions are really good, I know it makes a difference to have support. I never find dieting easy - mainly because I love going out to eat and socialising. Also, if I'm stressed or worried, I eat for comfort so, either way, I eat - and never the healthy, good stuff!
