About Me:: Have been overweight since my second son was born - 24 years ago. Joined every group going but never made a real effort. Totally my own fault! New to Slimming World on line

Hello everyone. I've just signed up for the Body Optimise part of SW on line and, whilst my intentions are really good, I know it makes a difference to have support. I never find dieting easy - mainly because I love going out to eat and socialising. Also, if I'm stressed or worried, I eat for comfort so, either way, I eat - and never the healthy, good stuff!
