Yep I get on and fall off the wagon regularly. Just got to keep trying to get back on it rather than givin up. Writing a food diary helps me loads, I do get loss of memory if I dont keep it logged everytime I eat.

About Me:

Struggled with my weight all my life, Lost 6 stone half a pound back in 2000 and it took about 7 yrs and a thyroid problem to put it all back on again!
So joined slimming world. 4 and a half stone lighter, I sort of lost the plot a bit, struggled for a while and rejoined again and started again at my lower weight and have lost half a sone in 2 weeks so far so am on my way again! Been looking for support for ages from a website, hopeful that you will be able to help.... :-)
