hi.

i began dieting on the 15 aug 2008, 4 days after my gorgeous baby girl was born.
since then i have lost 28.5lbs. i only joined sw the 11th nov 2008 as i got a lovely letter of the doctor letting me i was clinically obese. i have a long way to go with my weight loss and i vow never to leave my class which i attend (and stay for image therapy ) every week. i love watching my weight get lower and lower each week and lookin forward to trying the new extra easy plan.
