HELP

I need serious help i just can't stay on a healthy eating plan at all,i'm sure i'm addicted to junk food i seem to have no will power at all ,i'm even going to disney land florida for christmas and thats not even helping me ,i just don't know what to do .In need of inspiration .....please..

Hi try sliming worlds xtra easy , it really is easy , the last thing you want to do is feel as if you have ruined your holiday by not losing the weight that you wanted to , sometimes when we had a deadline its like we put a barrier up stop being so hard on yourself , set yourself small goals after all every 1/2 stone you lose is fantastic x

I'm glad someone feels like me! (Well, I'm not GLAD...you know what I mean...lol) I have found when you get back on it there is kind of a period of withdrawal from loads of junk food, I actually feel it physically, I believe we can be in a way addicted because sugar and stuff does that to you. When you get past the first few days it gets better! I am in the same position, today is my 'Day One' (AGAIN!!) Keep writing and coming here for support, we all understand and are cheering you on! R x
