The way it has been for me recently, making it through one day back on track is a big deal. And making it through a day and not feeling terrible is even bigger! Yesterday I did a green day, and I was so thankful to be back on SW, where I can EAT POTATOES!..lol
What I love about SW is that you can always find something to eat. If you need a snack or a bigger portion, you can do that without going off plan.
Today I plan to make me some SW Scotch eggs. What other diet lets you have Scotch eggs without using up a million points or calories?! I have a bit of a thing about them, always loved them but in America where I now live, they don't exist! So I have to make my own, and SW is perfect for that.
I think today is a Red day, but so far I've only eaten a banana so I'll see how the shopping goes...lol
