hiya, joined slimming world with my hubby last tuesday and fell upon this forum which i am hoping will be a huge help and chance to comminicate with other people who need to lose weight and improve their life style like myself. I was devestated when i got on those scales for the first time because i didn't realise how heavy i'd become, well actually yes i did but i suppose in all honesty i was in denial.So i have 4 stone to lose which seems such a long journy to be taking, do any of you readers fancy sharing the journey with me?

I started Slimming World diet 4 weeks ago (the online version) and have much more than 4 stone to lose! Maybe we can support each other?
