First Weigh In

Here we are one week down the line. Weighed in this morning with a weight loss of 5lbs. I am soooo pleased with myself and am feeling more motivated than ever. Here we go for next week - might make it the first half stone! It would be nice to get to under 100lbs to lose so 6lbs would be good but I would be happy with 2lbs! Start Weight 21st 12 lbs Weight now 21st 7lbs Loss to date 5lbs

The Beginning

I have always been overweight, well that's not strictly true, since I was about 20 years old I have been overweight and have yo-yo dieted for the past 20 years. On 30 December 2007, I had a nasty accident which left me with a tripple fracture and dislocation of my left ankle, it left me requiring two operations to put in plates and screws.
