- Hi I am a 44 year old yo yo dieter who has finally come to realize this has to end. I joined my local class last Monday and have just had my first weigh in tonight and to my joy lost 7.5 lbs.
I am married to Phil and have 2 boys aged 7 and 8 years old. I am a psychiatric nurse, and enjoyu reading and cross stitch in my spare time neither can be classed as calorie burners but help me wind down at the end of day, that and a glass of wine(counted in my sins of course).
