I still can't make my mind up!
Today i feel ill, i have come down with a bad cold that come assisted with an itchy rash. I have lost my appetite (Yippee), and have spent the day on the sofa mostly sleeping.
I have just made up a smoothie consisting of: raspberries, banana, muller light, skimmed milk, and mango to keep my fluids up, and also for my throat...LOL that will also explain the big bowl of sugar free jelly that i have just made up too.…
